I hadn’t even learned to do my own laundry at 20, much less command an entire auditorium of gifted, world class music students:
One thing though, I know that at the end of every interview, we usually ask the artists if they have anything they’d like to add. So if I were Esperanza, I would have used the Uncensored Interview platform to call out some of my students for under-performing.
“Hey Karl from classic jazz symposium. Yeah you, hotshot. Stop plagiarizing Wikipedia, asshole. And Madison from period 6. You didn’t hand in your thesis because your grandma died this year. For the THIRD time. Get your shit together, and find some better excuses.”
