Friendly Fires have released “Blue Cassette” and “Hawaiian Air” from their forthcoming full-length Pala, out May 25 via XL Recordings. For inspiration, the band looked to ‘N Sync and New Kids on the Block, telling NME they’d rather listen to Justin Timberlake than Morrissey.
Friendly Fires play London tonight, with several other U.K. dates and a few U.S. stops throughout May. Last time the Brits stopped by our studio they explained the differences between scenes on each side of the pond.
