Forthcoming Debut from Teen Daze

Teen Daze is set to release his debut full-length, All of Us, Together on Lefse. The first single, “Brooklyn Sunburn” is over at the FADER. Says the Canadian producer of his album, “There are countless reasons on why a person would create something; my reason is bring people together, to let them know that they’re not alone.”

Teen Daze will play a few dates close to his home turf in Vancouver, B.C. before kicking off a European tour in April with Brothertiger.

Last time we spoke to the producer, he told us about forming relationships with the media (surprisingly not all negative)!

Andrew W.K. Announces I Get Wet 10th Anniversary Tour

Andrew W.K. is taking his party to the streets. To mark the 10th anniversary of his album I Get Wet, the “Party Hard” musician (and FOX commentator) will perform the entire album during his spring U.S. and U.K. tour that also includes a stop at Austin’s SXSW. Check his site for dates and ticket information.

Asteroids Galaxy Tour Announce New Album

The Asteroids Galaxy Tour are set to release their latest, Out of Frequency, on January 31. Check the CSS remix of “Heart Attack” from the album over at Rolling Stone.

The Copenhagen band hits the mean streets of the U.S. for a national tour that kicks off in New York City on the album release date, then make their way across the country with Vacationer. Full route and ticket info on their website.

Girl in a Coma Release Exits & All the Rest

Girl in a Coma have released Exits & All the Rest (Blackheart Records), their fourth full-length since their 2007 debut, Back Before I’m Gone. Check their new video for the single “Smart” over at Rolling Stone.

The San Antonio band launched a national tour playing select dates with The Coathangers and Fences. Check their website for stops.

The Knux Announce Tour Dates

The Roots Announce Next Album

The Roots are set to release their latest album undun on December 6. The 10-track concept album is based on the life of Redford Stephens, though the band gives no information other than his birth and death dates.

“undun is the story of this kid who becomes criminal, but he wasn’t born criminal…he’s actually thoughtful and is neither victim nor hero. Just some kid who begins to order his world in a way that makes the most sense to him at a given moment,” says drummer ?uestlove.
